These CDs contain 3 songs that correspond directly to the pictures

read the same book and sing the same song for 1 month.
They
will imitate the motions and sometimes a few words, but parents
are reporting they are singing at home, singing in the car and
when they
get to school in the morning, they begin singing...they especially
love the monkey song....what more could you ask to increase language in a 2 year

This
CD focuses on imitation at a very basic level including noises,
consonant-vowels structures, single words, and simple phrases.
All songs contain the phrase, “Your turn” to give
children the cue of when to imitate the words. Imitation Station
has excellent speech practice for children slightly below or above
the single word level. It gives children repetition of words many
times during each song. Repetition is the key focus of this CD.
Holds 13 songs
This
CD is uniquely different from the others as it has no singing.
Every song is done with rhythm and instrumental but in a speaking-rap
style. It focuses on consonant-vowel imitation, single words,
and simple phrases, just as Imitation Station does, but some
children may have an easier time practicing word and phrase
imitation when it does not involve singing. This CD also includes
the phrase, “Your turn” to cue the children when
to imitate.
Holds
10 songs.
This
CD is packed with many simple consonant-vowel and single word
practices, but it also contains more complex verbal exercises
for children at the multi-syllabic word and phrase level. Other
songs on this CD challenge children to understand and answer questions
and make comments.
Conversation Station
combines imitation practice with conversation. We eliminated the
phrase, “Your turn” from this collection of songs
to help children imitate without becoming cue-dependent. The conversation
in these songs can be modeled during natural routines. The old
favorite, Ring Around the Rosie is included in this CD,
but has been re-written (Round We Go) to make it verbally
within a child’s ability to sing. Holds 12 songs
We
chose these rock and roll songs (like "ROCK AROUND THE CLOCK
" or "ROCKIN’ ROBIN") for their transformability
into fun kids' songs with kid-friendly lyrics. The goals vary
for each song from simple consonant-vowel repetition, to answering
WH questions, to learning the sequence and vocabulary of daily
routines. Endless possibilities! We went through the painstaking
process of securing permission to adapt the lyrics of these treasured
songs to help our treasured children learn. The writers and publishers
of these songs were responsive to our requests and applauded this

Upbeat and catchy collection of simple songs, packed with imitation
practice and sound blending. Excellent for any child needing speech
practice - especially focuses on children with apraxia and/or
phonological disorders. Each song emphasizes a particular speech
sound and blends those sounds in a
variety of ways including chains of sounds, consonant-vowels,
words, and simple phrases. Includes practice of the following
sounds: vowels, h, m, w, t, d, n, k, f, s, sh, ch, and j. The
phrase “your turn” is often included to give children

It
